PK4 Media Earns 38th Spot On Forbes America’s Most Promising Companies List

It Is Positioned For Continued Strategic, Aggressive Growth in 2014

Los Angeles, CA – January 28, 2014 – PK4 Media, a performance-based digital media company, today announced it has been recognized by Forbes Magazine as one of America’s Most Promising Companies. Out of 100 privately-held, high-growth companies, PK4 Media has earned the 38th ranking on the list that is published online and in print in the February 10, 2014 issue.

PK4 Media was founded without any outside investment and has built its technology from the ground up, focusing on the distinct needs of the key players in the digital media business. The company allows advertisers to target their reach, website publishers to access quality video content and monetize their traffic, and content creators to increase their audience and earn royalties.

“I am amazed at the great strides the company has taken since 2009 and am humbled by our inclusion on the list,” said Tom Alexander, Founder and CEO, PK4 Media. “Our growth strategy has always been centered on people and relationships. Specifically, we invest in talented, capable employees, partner with best-in-class vendors and work in lockstep with our clients. I am incredibly grateful to be surrounded on all sides of the business by such inspiring people and am looking forward to expanding our relationships in 2014!”

Forbes’ third annual list of America’s Most Promising Companies recognizes 100 privately-held, high-growth companies. Companies that made the cut boast compelling business models, strong management teams, as well as notable customers and investors.

Forbes strove for a holistic gauge of young, privately-held businesses, attempting to pin down their trajectories by taking a range of variables into account. Over the course of four months Forbes reviewed hundreds of applications. The final assessment is based on growth (both in sales and hiring), quality of management teams and investors, margins, market size and key partnerships. After verifying sales numbers, speaking with each company and debating their merits and blemishes, Forbes produces a final ranking.
